Directory Committee: Cathleen Kough is in charge
of all the DATA (loads of work, thank you Cathleen),
Doris Ricks heads up Advertisings (we are meeting our
financial targets thanks to Doris), Elizabeth Brunette
is our Registrar (she had the unenviable task of dealing
with all the monies during registration), and Gail Spence
is helping with getting permission to print names and
contact information as well as proof reading. These
ladies are spending a huge amount of their back-to-school
time trying to read and decipher our handwriting as
well as pull together ad copy and artwork - please thank
them when you see them!!!!
Thanks to all who have returned your directory
email/registration info - it has given us a nice jump
on having everything ready for our September print date.
CALENDAR AND DEADLINES
Sept 11 A flyer entitled "We Want You"
will be sent home in the Monday folders of all students
whose families we have yet to hear from. Parent proofs
come home in Monday folders.
Sept 14 All Student Directory, Class Rostes,
and/or Advertising requests due. Any and All parent
proof changes due
Sept 19 Directory Committee finalizes the Student
Listings, Class Rosters and Ad Layout.
Sept 22 Proofs back from Printer to Proofread.
Sept 25 Final copy to Printer for FINAL PRINT
Sept 29 Receive delivery and put into teacher's
box for Monday Folder
Oct 2 Members receive 2006-07 Directory.
